I spent over a decade building things for other people’s businesses before I built my own. Sales operations, onboarding programs, brand strategy, marketing campaigns, event production, CRM systems, recruiting pipelines. Across industries, across the country, from a wellness technology company in California to national wellness entrepreneurs to a top-producing real estate team in North Carolina.
What I found every single time was the same gap. Talented founders and owners with great instincts, surrounded by operational chaos they didn’t have time to fix. That’s the gap I close.
